Invariants

Spine is logical, not physical. Neon/D1/KV/R2/Vectorize/DO are substrates; none individually is the Spine.
Every write passes through the governed Pipeline. No surface owns a database.
Provenance is immutable. Twin-origin writes tagged origin, confidence, approved_by never masquerade as native truth.
